I’m worried about my teenager’s online activity and I’m trying to keep an eye on their Instagram history, but they deleted some posts and I’m not sure if there’s a way to recover or view them, I’ve already checked their phone and the Instagram archive but it doesn’t seem to have the deleted content. ---
